oily skin

15 Home Remedies for Oily Skin.
Your skin's releases natural oils to retain moisture and protect your skin from external irritants. However, even though oily skin isn’t healthy it’s the leading cause of clogged pores and acne. Hence, it must be controlled.

What causes oily skin?
Our body produces oil to help keep our skin soft and supple, but if too much sebum is produced, it can cause acne breakouts and fat, which are among the leading causes of acne. The next time you ask yourself, "Why is my face so fat?", Remember that there are two main factors to blame: hormones and genetics.
Oily skin is medically known as seborrhea and is caused by an excess of fat produced in the pores. During puberty and other life events, fluctuating hormones can increase androgen levels; Androgens are considered to be one of the leading causes of oily skin. Androgens are male hormones found in men and women that indicate the maturation of the sebaceous glands of the skin. As these glands ripen, oil production increases.
The greater the amount of androgens present, the more sebum is channeled through the pores, which are then deposited on the surface of the skin, creating an oily luster. If this excess oil is trapped in the pore and associated with dead skin cells and bacteria on the surface of the skin and inside the pore, grains, blackheads and other points.

The benefits of oily skin.
Of course, a little shine can cause some discomfort and reapplying makeup after sliding can be frustrating, but there are benefits to having oily skin

Most skin care specialists agree that oily or mixed skin often ages more slowly. Oily skin remains lubricated, preventing wrinkles and fine lines. You can not enjoy it now, but with proper skin care you will find that your excess oil benefits your skin.

Hey everyone! so OCTOBER is here .The season is a wake-up call for skin care. The days get shorter, the temperatures drop and the air becomes drier. Autumn has officially arrived.  But while you're on the move, pumpkin spreads everything and hot chocolates may be on the horizon, colder climates do not necessarily mean good for your skin.

In transition, fall is the best time to rejuvenate and repair your skin.In summer, fruit shower gels are a popular gift, but just make sure your current favorite does not dry out your skin in cold weather. You will want to find a soothing and moisturizing shower gel. In autumn and winter, I like putting on gels and wearing a creamy body gel.

Fresh: Milk Bath and Shower Cream is an excellent sweet aroma for fall, but be aware of the fantastic scents of nuts or falls like pumpkin or oats.. today I going to talk about how to take care of your skin in this season.
Just like how we have to take care of our minds and bodies, so too must we have a regimen for our skin.
6 Powerful Home Remedies for pimple
You wake up all ready to do your best and face the world as a supernova, until you see that point on your face in the mirror. This pimple But first, the questions arise What is this pimple? Does it have a name? How to get rid of it?
Well, do not worry, I am here to help you. First, let's see the type.

Black and white dots: keeping your name, the black and white dots look like little black / white "heads" on your face. The pores are often blocked by oil and dead skin. Therefore, the open pores appear black and the closed pores appear white. And then, we have the black and white points.

Papules: sometimes, the pores become irritated until the walls break, causing the appearance of larger buttons called papules. The papules are hard to touch, and a group of them may look like their skin looks like sandpaper. Basically they are ahead of the scale of the "irritating pimple problem" compared to the black and white dots.

Cysts: this is a step forward from the papules, as are the aggressive and aggressive cousins. The irritating blocked pores may have deeper and larger pimples, forming cysts. The cysts are large, soft and have blisters like pus.

Acne Vulgaris: Acne vulgaris is caused mainly by the trapping of hair follicles in the pores of your face. Think of it as a combination of papules, pustules (like papules, but full of pus), cysts and scars. This may be the least fun button to have, that says something, because treating a grain is not exactly your Friday night plan.

How to tackle this with your home products

Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple cider or unfiltered pressed apple juice.

which are two major causes of acne .
The main antioxidant in green tea, epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), has been shown to reduce sebum production, inflammation and inhibit  acnes fighting growth in people with acne-prone  the skin.
Many studies have shown that the application of 2-3% green tea extract on the skin significantly reduces the production of sebum and acne pimples with these .

The tea tree oil treatment also produced less harmful effects than benzoyl peroxide. These include dryness, irritation and burning.
It is important to keep in mind that tea tree oil is very potent and can cause redness and irritation when applied directly to the skin. For this reason, it must be diluted with water or a carrier oil.

To grow your nails so fast

Hey everyone! how you all doing? So today i am here with my new homemade remedies. Which will help you to grow your nails so fast. The growth of long and strong nails is a multi-step process. As long as you take good care of your nails, you can make them grow to the length you want. You should start by making sure to stop bad nail habits. After that, taking the right vitamins and manicures will help you develop long, strong nails.

Stop biting your nails.

Biting your nails is harmful to your health. Although this is a common nervous habit for many, it can cause bacterial infections of the skin on the hands and in the mouth. If you have dry or loose skin around the nails, be sure to cut them instead of biting them.

Stop using acrylics and gels.

Quick removal of acrylic or gel nails leaves the nails dry, brittle and unlikely to grow. Even proper removal can damage the nails, as it occurs with soaked nail beds. When your nails are wet, they are the most sensitive.

Stop choosing your splintered nail polish.

The choice of your nail polish often removes the top layer of the nail. This forms a weak foundation for your nails.

Stop jumping base layers and top layers.

It's easy to skip basecoats or topcoats when you're in a hurry and want your polish to dry quickly. However, when you skip this, you damage the nail.
Protect your nails against stains; In addition, they help the enamel to adhere to your nails, in order to reduce splinters. If it's reduced less, you're less likely to hurt yourself and hurt your nails even more

So here are some home remedies for growing your nails so fast .

1.Coconut oil

Coconut oil works well for healthy nail growth. It contains important nutrients to keep your nails moist and strong. It also strengthens your cuticles, which play a key role in nail growth. In addition, it helps to heal step-fathers, skin infections and fungal nails.

6.Proteins

The nails are made of keratin proteins. Therefore, include more protein in your daily diet, such as lean meat, beef, pork, fish, eggs, spinach, seeds, legumes, nuts, green vegetables, etc. Also, drink protein shakes (or) mix protein powder in 1 glass of milk to obtain the essential protein content. Take protein supplements after consulting your doctor to get enough protein for healthy nail growth.

7.Egg shells to grow nails faster and stronger naturally

Another common method to grow nails more naturally is to use eggshells. Most of us throw eggshells after eating the egg thinking they are not useful. However, few of us know that these eggshells are rich in protein, iron, calcium and other minerals such as potassium and magnesium, which are very essential for nail growth.

The way you can use eggshells to grow your nails faster is:
  •  Take the eggshells, crush them and put them in a blender. Add almonds and flaxseed with eggshells in blender. Mix the above ingredients until a powder is obtained.
  • You can store this powder in an airtight container for use if necessary. Take 1 teaspoon of the powder with warm milk every morning.

8.Toothpaste

Running a little toothpaste on your nails for several minutes is enough. Spread it evenly with an old toothbrush that you no longer use. Massage toothpaste and do not rinse immediately. Leave it for one minute then rinse with peroxide to remove the yellowness of your nails. Your nails will be whiter and brighter, but also stronger.

Follow this homemade remedy to use the eggshell for at least a month and you will see the changes in the nails where they begin to grow faster and they will naturally become healthy and strong.
